I've been to Kuala Koh several times.The management has improved their services. Thanks and keep improving for the good of Malaysia's tourism industry.
1st of all, I would like to thank you so much for all of your efforts! after those disappointments with that guy, it was my upmost pleasure to meet you & learn how friendly & helpful Malaysian people really are!
surprise, surprise: on my way back I sent a message to him, asking for my hotel reservation. he answered that it was done. so, I called the hotel, but there was nothing. I sent him another message pointing this out. he answered that now it was okay. I called again, but the same story: nothing. I sent another message to him & since then I have never heard anything else. well, just 2 missed phone calls by an unknown number...
so, enclosed pls. find the first email sent by my friend with the contact details. she was shocked when I informed her about what had happened...
I went to police yesterday & made another report. I hpe they can sucessfully conduct an investigation. moreover, I try to get help from a lawyer (this was the recommendation of the police). so, let's hope that this guy will learn his lesson...
again, thank you so much for your help! I enjoyed very much my time in your resort - despite all other things!
